We hope you are very happy with the item(s) you purchase. However if you are not, you may return the goods within fourteen (14) calendar days, beginning with the day you receive the goods. The buyer is liable for the cost of the return shipping to the artist. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org if you have any questions.
Once we have received confirmation from you that you would like to return your order, we will email you a return code and address to return items. Write the return code on the outside of the package, and then return the goods to us at your expense in unused condition and in the original undamaged packaging (or packaging of the same quality).
- The cost of returning the item will be the responsibility of the buyer. When returning the item, you must ensure that it is not lost or damaged in transit. Therefore, we advise you to opt for a signed for delivery service.
- We will not accept returns for items that have been damaged post delivery. If this is the case, the item will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.
- You must return the goods within 14 days of your receipt of the art work with both art work and all packaging in their original condition, securely wrapped and at your risk and cost.
- After our artist has received the art work, she or he will issue the refund using the same payment method that you used to purchase the goods. The refund will be made within 30 days of the artist receiving the returned goods.
How Can I Cancel My Order?
If you would like to cancel your order, please email us at email@example.com as soon as possible to notify us that you wish to cancel. If the order has already been processed, you will have to follow the standard return process described above.
